I am the creator and host of The Anxious Truth podcast, which boasts 3 million downloads and a thriving, engaged social media community.  I'm a pre-licensed therapist in New York specializing in anxiety and anxiety disorders, and a bestselling author, educator, and advocate in the anxiety disorder community.  A former sufferer of panic disorder, agoraphobia, and clinical depression for more than 25 years before fully recovering, I've lived the experiences I speak and write about.
